EX shall in no event be liable for all the contents included but not limited to the EX portal operations, information, contents, materials or products. EX shall also in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the sale or use of the EX portal services.

All the member information e.g. your name, gender etc., will not be disclosed to any third party in any form without any approval.

In any event EX shall not be liable on condistion that EX is requested by the government authority to disclose the member’s personal information for the sake of public security.

EX shall not be liable for any event due to the disclosure of User Pin by members by any reasons, and thus any of their personal information.

EX shall not be liable to any personal information being released, disclosed, lost, stolen or amended due to the attack of hacker or computer virus, or government control leads to the temporary close down of the internet service.

EX shall not be liable to any of the member’s negligence of this declaration and committed offence of the law of The People’s Republic of China.

Any people who log in and use the information of the EX portal are regarded as acceptance of this declaration.

For any issues not included in this declaration will be referred to the national law. Shall there be any conflicts arise between this declaration and the national law, the national law shall have the preference.

EX holds all the right to amend, renew and define this declaration.
